I was brought up and educated in this beautiful city. Many years have been spent getting to know this city and discovering some of its more out of the way places.
Keen to broaden my horizons, I travelled overseas and enjoyed many years working in tourism throughout Europe and immersing myself in the various cultures that I encountered. However, the lure of my home city brought me back to London, first into teaching students on travel and tourism courses at a local university and eventually, back to the streets of London as a qualified City of London Guide and a London Blue Badge Tourist Guide.
This is my calling! This is the best career I have ever had and I thoroughly enjoy guiding visitors around my fantastic city, telling them about its long and important history and recounting the various stories about some of the past Kings, Queens and the many celebrities of the day!
My experience in the travel and tourism industry as well as lecturing on the subject, gives me the skills needed for organising and tailoring interesting and informative tours for small, large and educational groups.
